Purpose of the services: provision of temporary staff.
Comment: the contract is executed as successive orders from the contracting authority, without the contracting authority guaranteeing ordering the hours announced for each tranche.
The quantities indicated are presumed quantities. They do not engage the contracting authority. And does not confer any rights on the tenderer.
These orders will be placed by the Human Resources Department to a single manager designated at the successful bidder.
The contracting authority must be able to perform a Dimona alone outside the opening hours of the contractor's offices.
The tenderer shall guarantee a sufficient number of temporary workers, enabling him to meet, where appropriate, the needs expressed below by the contracting authority. The tenderer therefore undertakes to establish recruitment reserves to meet the needs of the contracting authority.
Place of supply of the service: the different sites of operation of the intercommunal community spread throughout the territory of Walloon Brabant and the City of Braine-le-Comte.
The market is divided into firm and conditional slices as follows:
The conclusion of the contract will cover the entire market. It shall engage the contracting authority only for the firm tranche. Enforcement of the conditional instalment shall be subject to a decision of the contracting authority notified to the successful tenderer.
The decision to activate the conditional tranche will be notified to the successful bidder by email and registered mail. Execution must begin within 15 days of notification.
Firm edge:
Provision of workers and temporary employees.
This tranche includes, inter alia, the following personnel:
Workers' staff:
— operational technicians for all our wastewater treatment plants;
— operators for our Materials Valuation Unit in Virginal;
— equipment operators for our transfer centre — Mont Saint-Guibert;
— drivers allowed C for all of our sites;
— mechanics, electricians and electromechanics for all our sites;
— fountainers for our drinking water department — Genappe;
— surface technician for the drinking water department, business centers and crematorium;
— versatile workers for all our sites.
Employees:
— administrative assistants, accounting and technical assistants (upper secondary level) for all our sites;
— administrative employees (front office), back-office manager, technical employees, accountants, technical-sales managers and management assistants (baccalaureate level) for all our sites;
— exceptionally technical managers (engineers or masters).
For an estimated total duration of 40,000 hours per year (presumed quantity).
Specific job descriptions will be provided as the contracting authority needs.
Conditional phase:

This section includes, for all our sites, the following student staff:
— Recyparks attendants;
— Administrative and technical assistants.
For an estimated total duration of 8,500 hours per year (presumed quantity).
