5.1. The subject of this contract is the delivery of a hyperconverged infrastructure system (HCI) meeting the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.

5.5. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party's headquarters in Warsaw (01-813), Marymoncka 99/103.

5.6. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract on terms consistent with the terms specified in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract.

5.7. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract.

5.3. The subject of this order consists of:

1) the delivery of the system to the location, followed by the issuance of the system to the Contracting Authority and the transfer of ownership of the system;

2) conducting two trainings for the Ordering Party's employees in the field of functionality and operation of the system on the terms specified in the description of the subject of the contract;

3) providing the Ordering Party with personal support of an experienced employee, provided at the location, consisting in particular in assistance in configuration, parameterization, production launch and verification of the correct operation of the system, on the terms specified in the description of the subject of the contract.

5.4. The Contractor, in the case of offering a solution for which the use of network switches is required to ensure an optimal working environment for the HCI platform while maintaining high availability of all elements subject to the contract, is obliged to provide switches with the system. The switches must be compatible with the Ordering Party's network devices, i.e.: HUAWEI CE6810-LI-F-B00 and CISCO Catalyst 36XX, 38XX, 92XX, 930XX.

5.5. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party's headquarters in Warsaw (01-813), Marymoncka 99/103.

5.6. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract on terms consistent with the terms specified in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract.

5.7. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract.
