The initiative involves the acquisition of:

– a solution provided with on-premise installation and configuration, which supports operational risk management and business continuity processes in an integrated manner with 1500 named licenses;

– plant services, initial loading, training, integration of the software with the systems present in the Bank, data recovery, release into operation, support during the stability period;

– service of disposal and return to the Bank of the data assets at the end of the supply;

– support and maintenance services and help desk for 5 years for 1500 named licenses;

– customization services of the solution through specialized support for a maximum of 3000 hours.

The starting amount of the auction is € 3,033,453.28 (excluding VAT).

The estimated maximum amount including the options referred to in point II.2.11 shall be that indicated in point II.1.5.
