The project is for the open space grounds maintenance and cleansing services at properties owned by Weaver Vale Housing Trust Ltd in the County of Cheshire area. The contract is for 1 year which will include the option, at the Trust's sole discretion, to extend up to a maximum of 1 further year through the implementation of the extensions (subject to the successful contractors' adherence to the agreements and reviews).
