In the project Stadt-Umland-Bahn the signal systems BOStrab and telecommunication systems have to be planned.

The planning services of BOStrab signaling systems and telecommunications technology are to be provided as basic services, special services and consulting services for phases 1 to 4 according to the fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI).

They are to be provided for the design and approval planning of traffic facilities of a railway construction project according to the Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Trams (Tram Construction and Operating Regulations - BOStrab).

The contract covers all planning services of the signaling systems BOStrab and telecommunications technology, which are required in the context of the decision on the admissibility of the project of the tram planning for planning approval procedure according to §28 PBefG in connection with the Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG).
