The client is looking for a company to carry out drywall work.

The University of Siegen is planning to convert the former Wonnemann furniture store at Sandstraße 16-18 into a student service center (SSC) in downtown Siegen. The Student Service Center is a first point of contact for students and prospective students from Germany and abroad. The SSC accommodates institutions and areas, including the Registrar's Office, and the Centre for the Promotion of University Teaching.

The Student Service Center is divided into 3 areas. An open area as the first point of contact with information, information output and UniShop, a closed area with individual advice without an appointment and a downstream core area with individual advice with prior appointment. The 3 building areas on the site of the former wonnemann furniture store will be partially rebuilt or demolished and rebuilt.
