The service includes the mobile collection, takeover and disposal of waste containing pollutants from the Leer district.

The waste is to be taken over by the contractor at various points specified by the client in the district of Leer on specified dates, transported properly and harmlessly and disposed of. Three collection campaigns are planned each year: in spring, summer and autumn.
