Naturalis wishes to realize framework agreements with a maximum of three contractors who can supply ICT professionals in a broad spectrum, without establishing an employment relationship with Naturalis. Due to the current scarcity of personnel in many markets, Naturalis aims to guarantee the continuity of its own ICT function through several framework agreements with specialized service providers.

The assignment concerns the provision of effort or result obligations by ICT professionals.
