Preparatory works contract for the development of public spaces in sector 4a of the ZAC des Docks in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.

For lot 1:

- the realization of site installations,

- the complete clearance of the necessary rights-of-way (removal, demolition, stripping, etc.),

- demolition of concrete or masonry work,

- the installation of site safety devices (maintenance of access, signage),

- earthworks in cut and fill,

- the removal of cuttings in specialized landfills,

- upgrading of emergencies,

- the creation of a rainwater network,

- the creation of an AEP and fire defense network,

- civil engineering for telecommunications, public lighting and three-color light signaling networks (sleeves, bedrooms, etc.),

- opening and closing trenches for networks,

- the realization of temporary pavements, raised platform,

- the supply and installation of curbs and gutters,

- the supply and installation of horizontal and vertical signage.

- the supply and installation of candelabras,

- the implementation of three-color signage.
