This contract is for 2 two-lane tunnels, both in tunnel class E, Skogafjells tunnel, 1,5 km T11,5 and Lyhorn tunnel, 9,2 km T9,5, as well as 1 water tunnel, 1,7 km T5. There are strict requirements for maximum leakage and systematic injection on parts of the stretch is therefore a prerequisite.

The contract is also for the construction of a new E39 with a 2 level junction in the open air zone Svegatjørn and the new E39 in the open air zone Endalausmarka, which connects the 2 main tunnels together. In total approximately 2 km new E39 shall be constructed in road class S8 (Hb 017:2008). In Endalausmarka a new 2 level junction and 1 km of new county road shall be constructed in road class S1 (Hb 017:2008), which connect the new E39 with the existing county road Fv. 163 Lyseklostervegen.

In addition various local roads, foot/cycle paths and 4 bridges shall also be constructed. The contract has strict requirements for preserving the outer environment.
