Appointment of a project management team for the acquisition and improvement of 61 studios located at 11-13 rue de Belgique- Nice (06000)- The operation will be subject to an insertion clause by the economic sector

Project management mission: governed by Book IV (legislative and regulatory part) of Part II of the Public Procurement Code, including the following additional missions:

-Dignostic Mission

-mission G2/G4

- Partial execution mission limited to quantities

Estimated amount of works: EUR 2,900,000.00 excl. VAT
