The subject of the contract is the supply of notebook portable computers in the amount of 642 pieces under the Operational Program Digital Poland for 2014-2020, Priority Axis V Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resistance to REACT-EU threats, activities 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resistance to threats regarding the implementation of the grant project, "Support for children from Pegeer families in digital development – PPGR grants".

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of notebook portable computers in the amount of 642 pieces under the Operational Program Digital Poland for 2014-2020, Priority Axis V Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resistance to REACT-EU threats, activities 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resistance to threats regarding the implementation of the grant project, "Support for children from Pegeer families in digital development – PPGR Grants".

2. The delivered equipment must be brand new (year of manufacture 2021/2022), unused, free from defects, made within the framework of safe technologies and free from the burden of third party rights, and must also come from the manufacturer's authorized distribution channel intended for the European Union. The offered equipment must represent the model of the current production line and must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Ordering Party does not allow the delivery of refurbished, demonstration or post-exhibition devices.

3. The Contractor is obliged to provide a quality guarantee for the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 24 months.

4. Delivery of the subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the draft provisions of the contract constituting annexes to the SWZ
