- For Lot 1, a bidder is being sought to provide the technical equipment and related services for telemonitoring of heart failure with external (measuring) devices.

- Package 1 covers the following three care programmes:

- HerzConnect(R) program,

- Telemonitoring in heart failure with external (measuring) devices according to G-BA

- RhythmusConnect(R) program.

IFAT's Device Program is a support service for patients with cardiac implanted units and their attending physicians in dealing with the disease and the implanted devices (device systems) themselves. It includes telephone consultation services for patients as well as the monitoring of selected medical parameters of the ICD/CRT device. The prerequisite for this is that the device system supports telemedical queries.
