Lot 1: "Rental and maintenance of fire extinguishers"
Provision of 2862 fire extinguishers per year of powder/foam/CO2 type in all public and private heritage buildings of the Brussels CPAS located mainly on the territory of the Brussels-Capital Region.
In return for payment of the premiums, the successful tenderer undertakes to ensure the maintenance of the installations by specialized staff once a year, i.e.:
• To have the fire extinguishers checked annually by a specialized controller;
• To replace reformed devices for wear or manufacturing defect;
• To replace any worn or defective accessories;
• To be carried out free of charge, including travel, the recharging of devices used on fire;
• To retest CO2 cylinders according to the requirements of Article 359 of the General Regulations of Labour Protection and the Federal Public Service Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue (the retest of CO2 extinguishers includes: sandblasting, painting, decal, standard exchange of the tap).
• To refill the CO2 cylinders after this retest.
A maintenance certificate will be given to each service.
Lot 2: "Maintenance of wall reels, hydrants and fire hydrants"
Annual inspection of the operational condition of fire-fighting installations.
Maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with EN 671-3 or equivalent.
A maintenance certificate will be given to each service.
If it is found that the wall and moisturizer reels are no longer functional, they will have to be replaced.
