The following services will typically be required in the contract:

— Excavation work,

— Transport of matter,

— Laying water and sewage pipes,

— Establishing of cable routes with embedding pipes (OPI-channels),

— Construction of infiltration installations,

— Construction of roads and minor alteration work on taxiways,

— Individual outdoor installations and landscape work,

— Marking and measuring work for own work.

The framework agreement consists of the work described above. The extent will vary from year to year. The framework agreement is for site works for operational — maintenance work. In addition the framework agreement can be used for site works for minor construction and site projects.

The framework agreement includes the hire of both crew and machines.

The 3 contracts shall be signed. The winner of the competition will be awarded all the small assignments in which the work is carried out as daywork (material and hours). Numbers 2 and 3 in the competition will be able to participate in ‘mini competitions’ together with the winner. A description in accordance with NS3420 or function descriptions will be prepared in the mini competitions. The award of these assignments will be based on the lowest price.
