The expected services are explained in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) and its various annexes. The procurement procedure is the open tender pursuant to Articles L. 2124-1 and L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2, R. 2161-3, R. 2161-4, R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The minimum and maximum estimated amounts of the operation over the total duration of the framework agreement (i.e. 18 firm months) are as follows:

— minimum amount: not applicable;

— maximum amount: 1 750 000 EUR excluding VAT.

Equipment and preprocessing of electronic observation data/cameras on board fishing vessels (for 20 spinning vessels in the Bay of Biscay) for tracking incidental catches of marine mammals. This contract relates to Phase 2 of the Obscame project for the equipment and analysis of data collected on incidental catch of marine mammals by electronic observation devices on board 20 voluntary fishing vessels (spinners).
