The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition contained in the provision of Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1463) including works in the field of logging and skidding wood, and other forestry works to be performed in the Lutowiska Forest District in 2023. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 parts.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a detailed description of the technology of performing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, is included in Annexes No. 2 (description of the subject of the contract) 3 (description of the Forestry Work Technology Standard, hereinafter OSTWPL) to SWZ.
Forestry services in Black1. The subject of the contract is the provision of forest services in the Czarna forestry in 2023.
2. The procedure shall be conducted as an open tender pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended - "Public Procurement Law") and executive acts to the Public Procurement Law.
3. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.
4. Variant offer information, framework agreement and electronic auction:
- The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of variant tenders,
- The Contracting Authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement,
- The Contracting Authority does not provide for the selection of the most favourable offer using electronic auction or the creation of a dynamic purchasing system.
5. The Contracting Authority authorises the submission of partial tenders. You can make an offer for one, several or all parts.
6.1. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts consisting of repetition of similar services to the existing contractor within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. Contracts may be awarded after appropriate proceedings, under the conditions laid down in the applicable legislation.
6.2. The scope of services being the subject of the contracts referred to in point 6.1. will be works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting and forest management (including winter maintenance of trails and warehouses), to be performed in the Lutowiska Forest District, the detailed description of which technology is included in Annexes 2 and 3 to the SWZ.
6.3. The contracts referred to in point 6.1 may be carried out throughout the forestry and not only in the area of the implementation of the part where the basic order is carried out.

Forestry services in Paniszczew1. The subject of the contract is the provision of forest services in the Paniszczew forestry in 2023.
2. The procedure shall be conducted as an open tender pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019.
