The subject of the contract is the purchase of a brand new compost gantry shifter and delivery to Częstochowa Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalny Sp. z o.o., Sobuczynie, Konwaliowa 1, 42 – 263 Wrzosowa.

I. Scope of order: Delivery of a complete device with accessories, year of production min. 2022, cannot be a prototype, brand new, having a CE declaration of conformity. The machine with a catalog capacity of at least 5000 m3 / h will be used for moving, forming and ventilating compost piles. It is required to supply a gantry shifter (1 pc) with the equipment specified in point 4.3. SWZ.

II. Place of delivery: Częstochowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o., Sobuczyna, Konwaliowa 1, 42– 263 Wrzosowa

III. Warranty period: The required warranty period for the delivered subject of the order is 24 months or a limit of 2000 mth of operation of the device, whichever comes first.
