The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, tourist management, forest side use, maintenance of fire-fighting roads, nursery management and seed production to be carried out in the area of the Trzebież Forest District in 2024.The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended) and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds and in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure".

Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended. amended).

The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks regarding the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors.
