The City of Brussels owns a park of 40 sites of automatic retractable kiosks regulating access to public roads mainly reserved for pedestrians.
Technical management and access management is centralized.
Each site has an intercom and video surveillance, which is also centrally managed.
This contract includes the provision, installation and connection to existing management software of 18 additional sites, as well as preventive and curative maintenance for 36 months.
Video surveillance of additional sites is not part of this contract.
This contract is structured as follows:
— the preliminary implantation study;
— the provision and installation of access control devices and all necessary civil engineering works (earthworks, foundations, road surfaces, etc.);
— connections to the existing electrical grid and management systems (technical management, access management and intercom);
— preventive and curative maintenance of access control devices for 36 months.
