ETNIC wishes to request the services of an agency to advise it in the publication of job offers as part of its recruitment and in the definition of a strategy for choosing advertisers adapted to best adapt them to the profile it is looking for (position 1 media advice). This agency will also be responsible for the purchase of media spaces for the publication of its job offers (item 2 purchases of media space).
This contract also provides for the possibility of submitting an electronic catalogue (Annex 5.2.2.) for which the tenderer may propose other media and/or bannering relevant for the publication of ETNIC's job offers than those already listed in the inventory grid (Annex 5.2.1.) of media costs.

This contract is a service contract for advice on strategies for the publication of job offers and purchases of media space.
The subject of this contract consists of:
- in the provision of consulting services relating to the publication of job offers in the context of recruitment at ETNIC and the definition of a strategy for choosing advertisers adapted to the profile sought (Media Advice);
- in the purchase of media spaces intended for the publication of job offers (media buying).
The market is therefore structured as follows:
- Position 1: Consulting services relating to the publication of job offers in the context of recruitment at ETNIC and the definition of a strategy for choosing advertisers adapted to the profile sought;
- Item 2: Purchase of media space for the publication of job offers;
