The purpose of this contract is to conclude a multi-award framework agreement with one or more temporary employment agencies for the provision of temporary non-payroll nursing staff for the University Hospital of Liège, for a period of 4 years.
This is done in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 24 July 1987 on temporary work, temporary agency work and the secondment of workers to users, as well as the various collective labour agreements concluded in the temporary employment sector.
Within the framework of the needs defined by the contracting authority, temporary workers in the following professional categories will be called upon under the status of employee:
- Graduate nurse or bachelor;
- Registered nurse;
- Specialized nurse: SIAMU, pediatrics, operating room, geriatrics, oncology, community health, palliative care, midwifery and psychiatry;
- Nursing assistant;
- Medical imaging technologist.
