In this construction phase, the gap closure of the B 3 is produced on a clear route. The route runs along the existing rail entertainment path. The B 3 is manufactured in full expansion, with the substructure of DB AG's old construction road being used.

In addition, a parallel economic route and a plant wastewater treatment plant will be built at the Steckenmattgraben.

Along the economic route, amphibian control facilities are also being built north and south of the Steckenmattgraben.
