Establishment of a framework agreement with one service provider for operation and caretaker services for the department’s property portfolio.

The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the department’s properties are seen to, maintained and followed up so that the buildings’ and properties’ condition do not deteriorate and so that their value is maintained, to ensure that the technical installations function as presumed and that the building and sites are not damaged or have shortcomings without these being corrected with the necessary measures.
