Given the importance that represents for the Management of AS Ourense to guarantee the correct operation and adequacy of the ECS (Health Care Equipment), due to the growth in both quantity and technological complexity of the same, it is necessary to hire a technical service monitoring to support the Electromedicine and Clinical Engineering Service through advice on the management of the life cycle of the ECS of the AS Ourense and the monitoring of their provisioning, installation, commissioning, maintenance and conservation; all with the objective of achieving its operation in optimal conditions and achieving its availability as long as possible, in the most efficient and economical way in the long term, as well as prolonging its useful life in the best conditions of use while preserving the benefits for which They were designed, maintaining security parameters and respecting current regulations.

The technical monitoring service, to be executed by the successful bidder, includes the set of activities, processes, methodology and resources necessary to carry out the following tasks:

- advice and consultancy to AS Ourense, in particular to the Directorate of Economic Resources and the Service of Electromedicine and Clinical Engineering,

- Surveillance and monitoring, at the management level, of the execution of maintenance contracts carried out by third parties, as well as of those signed during the execution of this contract.
