The modernization of the command-control-protection system is essential for the proper functioning of the 220/110/20 kV Sălaj electrical substation.
As part of this work, a command-control-protection system will be established at the 220/110/20 kV Sălaj substation, complying with the current NTI TEL standards, with protection cabinets installed in the relay booths and SCADA server cabinets installed in the control room.
To achieve the aforementioned objectives, an execution contract will be concluded, which will include not only construction works but also the supply of products and their installation in accordance with the specifications and the development of the execution details.
Any requests for clarifications must be sent to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information in two stages, as follows:
- on the 17th calendar day from the publication of the participation announcement and
- on the 11th calendar day before the deadline for the submission of offers.
The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarifications made by economic operators up to the established deadline, according to art. 29 paragraph (3) of HG 394/2016.
