Background for the procurement:

— VAV procured and implemented the online simulation tool AQUIS Operation through a pilot project in 2014-2015, for real-time simulation of the operating parameters in the water distribution system in the Skullerud zone (procurement 88/2014, with Doffin reference 2014-926953),

— the pilot project has finished and an evaluation has been carried out of the experience from the pilot installation,

— the evaluation showed that the procured software from the system integrator Niras A/S and their sub-supplier Schneider Electric Danmark A/S is suitable for VAV for the work of improving the operation of the water supply and for reducing leaks.
