This is the public European tender for Printing for Schools of Eenbes Primary Education. Eenbes Primary Education is a stable educational organization with a clear vision.

The board office is located in Geldrop. From there, 25 primary schools in the region are facilitated. This includes the provision and associated services of multifunctionals and related software for an initial period of six years and the possibility of renewing the contract twice for one year.

The purpose of this tender is to contract one supplier for the supply of multifunctionals, associated software and maintenance thereof. The term of the new agreement to be concluded will be six years (72 months) with the option to extend it by two years (two x twelve months) and the rental component will expire.

The intention is to allow the new Agreement to enter into force on 1.1.2022. The contract ends automatically. This will not be tacitly extended.

The Client wishes to contract one contractor that provides at least:

— delivery and installation of 31 multifunctionals at various locations (see Annex J),

— delivery and installation of management software,

— delivery and installation of Follow Me software,

— maintenance on the multifunctionals and the software.
