The building of the Waiblingen criminal police department is located at Alten Postplatz 20, Waiblingen. The building was completed in 1994 and has a gross floor area of approximately 16,000 m 2 on. The building is not a listed building.

After completion of the 1st construction phase, conversion of forensic science laboratories in 2019, the fire protection requirements of the city of Waiblingen have to be implemented as the 2nd construction phase. Likewise, with the removal of the management and operational staff, the final expansion in the building is to be pushed ahead.

The following measures are urgently required:

- Implementation of the fire protection measure according to approved building permit and approved fire protection concept,

- dismantling of the management and situation center of the police headquarters in Aalen and generation of office space,

- renovation / replacement of floor coverings,

- Implementation of the security requirements of the file storage room.

All work takes place during operation.

The planning has already been approved under building law and must be carried out accordingly.

Cost ceiling:

Building costs of EUR 4 100 000 (gross) cost group 300 + 400 according to DIN 276-1: 2008 - 12 are planned for the "Fire protection measure" project.

Schedule goals:

Completion 2nd quarter 2022.

Object planning service for buildings according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI for a fire protection measure and implementation of usage requirements based on an already approved planning, basic services of service phases 5 to 8, as well as the special services of service phases 5 and 8.
