1. The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 - the waste transmitted 191212 is a subsitted fraction > 80 mm from the treatment of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) and from the treatment of waste from selective collection.
2. The estimated amount of waste for development will be 15000 Mg. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount envisaged for the use of waste, which does not result in cancellation or modification of its terms. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The waste will be prepared in bulk.
3. Waste can be received with movable floor semi-trailers. The minimum guaranteed load weight of waste is 10Mg and the average load weight for a moving floor is approximately 13Mg.
4. The Ordering Party informs that during the processing process at the installation, waste does not pass through ferrous and non-ferrous metal separators.

5. The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable provisions of law, in particular the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779) and implementing regulations.
6. Waste collection will take place from the Area of the Karkonosze Waste Management Center in Ścięgny – Kostrzyca, from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 17:00. There is a possibility of a different date of receipt of the raw material, after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party assumes a minimum of 4 transports per day to a maximum of 16 transports.
7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the Installation in which the collected waste will be subjected to the recovery process.
8. Loading of waste is on the side of the Ordering Party. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on the Legalized Scale of the Ordering Party, located in the Ordering Party's plant and will be confirmed by a weighing receipt. This document will be the sole basis for determining the amount of waste received.
9. The Ordering Party shall draw up a waste transfer card in the database on products and packaging and on waste management (BDO) before the start of transport, which after final confirmation in BDO by the Transporter will constitute the basis for issuing invoices.
10. After each month of performing the service, the Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party a written statement on the manner of their management with an indication of the recovery process specified in Annex 1 to the above-mentioned Waste Act of 14 December 2012 on waste. The contractor must indicate in the tender the installation where the collected waste will be subjected to a recovery process.
11. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the consequences of the lack or recognition of the terms of the contract.
12. All costs necessary to perform the contract shall be borne by the Contractor, without the right to demand their return from the Ordering Party.
13. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions contained in Annex 6 of the SWZ Essential provisions of the contract.
