1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new (manufactured not earlier than in 2023) specialized multifunctional machine for wood skidding type Forwarder and attachments for harvesting post-log residues. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Terms of Contract Specification (SWZ). 3) The minimum guarantee period offered by the contractor may not be less than 24 months, tenders with a shorter period will be considered inconsistent with the terms of the contract. 4) The term of the contract is 10 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
