IKK classic hereby announces that it will conclude non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies in the period from 01.03.2023 to 28.02.2025 for various active ingredients and active ingredient combinations at the same, non-negotiable conditions. The earliest contract start is 01.03.2023, provided that the signed contract and all necessary proofs, self-declarations and documents are received by IKK classic by 05.02.2023. Thereafter, the following applies: Upon receipt of the documents by the 5th of a respective month in the possible accession period, the 1st of the following month shall commence the contract. Upon receipt of the documents after the 5th of a given month in the possible accession period, the 01st of the following month after next shall commence the contract. Accession to the agreement is possible at any time during the specified period, but no later than 05.01.2025. For further information, see point VI.3).
