Procurement of a new trade system with archives.

The Agency for Planning and Building Services in Oslo Municipality would like to replace the existing Docu-Live system with a new trade system and archive. The conversion of open cases and the establishment of interface is also included in the enquiry.

The delivery must be a standard cloud service provided over the Internet. The needs are primarily based on the National Product Specification, which has been formulated by KS. The SSA-SKY contract form has been used.
