See II.2.4
The assignment involves the delivery of unleaded petrol, diesel and CNG for cars via petrol stations. In Belgium, there are currently 60 fuel cards in use: around 30 for service vehicles and around 30 for commercial vehicles, together accounting for around 88,000 litres per year. In the Netherlands, all cars are currently leased (including fuel contract). The intention is to buy over the cars at the end of lease which will be requested for fuel passes. At present, this is about four fuel cards, the evolution currently expected is that this will go to about 22 units (about 50/50 diesel/petrol, about 44 000 litres a year).
