The project includes the construction of urban workshops, administrative functions, sheds and storage spaces with the construction of the associated parking, bicycle parking, landscaping and buffer basin. In a second phase (separate file), a new urban recycling park will be provided on the site with a separate entrance and exit. A few containers provided for municipal waste will make the connection between the new municipal recycling park and the urban workshops.

The project zone is located in the industrial area of Stroppen (BPA) on Robert Lariëllestraat, adjacent to the Brussels - Charleroi canal. The project is spread over 2 sites. The largest part is currently fallow land. The smallest part is currently still a recycling park.
