M23T20003 - Supply of non-magnetic rebreathers with automatic regulation of partial oxygen pressure and associated services for the benefit of clearance divers of the French Navy.

This opinion follows an initial opinion declared no action taken (see reference in section IV.3.2). It concerns a defence or security contract for the "supply of non-magnetic recyclers with automatic regulation of partial oxygen pressure and associated services for the benefit of clearance divers of the French Navy". It is a composite framework agreement with:

- a firm share;

- a share in purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code;

- an order share of supplies or services intended to meet any technical hazards pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Order Code

The framework agreement is single-awarded.

It is passed according to a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2324-3, R2324-3 and R2361-8 to R2361-12 of the Public Order Code.
