UiT The Arctic University of Norway (UiT,) c/o the Department for IT services, wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of consultancy services related to the following areas:

a. Consultancy services for programming/development

b. Consultancy services for technical IT competence

c. Consultancy services for process/project management related to IT processes/projects.

The tenderer shall competence in connection with programming/development (windows and Linux / android and iOS when relevant) for the following technologies/professional categories;

Architecture (technical, integration, security)

Web application (front and backend)

Database design/modelling

Application development

Wordpress

Sharepoint

The list of the listed professional disciplines is not exhaustive, and new services can be added and some services disappears.

The tenderer shall competence in connection with technical IT competence for the following professional categories;

Microsoft products — Windows, Exchange, Skype, Sccm, etc.

Backup — Veeam, Netbackup

Storage — Netapp, iscsi

Linux — Redhat, CentOS

Database support, — operation (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)

The tenderer shall competence in connection with process/project management for the following IT processes/projects for the following professional categories;

Process/project improvement — mapping — methodology

Project support (Prince2, DIFI-project guidelines)

Risk and vulnerability analyses
