The contracting authority requires the implementation of a trusted data warehouse that enables secure and verifiable storage and transmission of electronic documents to the National Health Information System in accordance with Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Health Services and Conditions for Their Provision, as amended, and Act No. 325/2021 Coll., on the Electronicization of Healthcare, or the registry of Public Health Protection Authorities according to the valid data interfaces of individual registries for the workplaces of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. The subject of the contract also includes all necessary licenses, software updates, accessories, customs, transportation, moving and handling work, commissioning, training of the buyer's staff, and the transfer of documents related to the supplied subject and the provision of support and maintenance services for the entire system, all in accordance with the terms of the procurement documentation. The contracting authority will conclude a Purchase Agreement with the selected supplier for the supply of equipment and a Service Agreement for service provision.
