Newlon Housing Trust (‘Newlon’) will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of Employer's Agent and CDM services primarily but not exclusively to facilitate Newlon's programme of building new homes. Our housing portfolio currently comprises of approximately 7 000 homes in various boroughs in North and East London. The framework is intended primarily for Newlon Housing Trust and our subsidiary organisation NewlonBuild, but also other registered providers of Social Housing and Local Authorities in London.
