The needs that are intended to be covered by this contracting are those related to an innovative prototype of the research management system that allows improving the existing solutions in the research and transfer management systems of the universities, as well as enabling its integration with the semantic layer in development in the Hercules project. It is also intended, as far as possible, that the system prototype incorporate disruptive technologies applied to the satisfaction of functional requirements. The innovative prototype of the system that will be developed will be made available to the universities of the SUE (Spanish University System) as free and public software.
