The purpose of the contract is to provide administrative and technical assistance services to the contracting authority, ZSBW, in order to ensure a complete mission of assistance in the study, design and control of the execution of the works aimed at the construction of a first-aid station on the territory of the City of Wavre.

Administrative and technical assistance services of the contracting authority, the ZSBW, in order to ensure a complete mission of assistance in the study, design and control of the execution of the works aimed at the construction of a first-aid station on the territory of the City of Wavre, including:

- the establishment of a programme in coordination with the teams of the Contracting Authority;

- the drafting of the documents of the service contract(s) (Architecture, Stability Engineering and Special Techniques, services in terms of Energy Performance of Buildings, security);

- assistance in the validation of the preliminary draft;

- assistance throughout the permit procedure and any subsidies;

- assistance in drafting the documents of the contract(s) for the works of a first-aid station;

- assistance in the award and conclusion of the aforementioned contract(s);

- supervision of the performance of the abovementioned contract(s) until final acceptance of the works.
