The contracting authority is establishing a dynamic purchase system for zero emission vehicles under 3,5 tonnes.

In this stage of the process, interested suppliers can apply to be qualified and included in the dynamic purchase system. Only qualified suppliers will have access to the published contests included in the system. The deadline for applications for participation in the system, so that a tender can be submitted for the first procurement under the system, is 18.12.2019.
