The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness in the city, including: sweeping squares, roads and pedestrian routes and to keep cleanliness on communal properties, removal and utilization of solid waste from streets, pavements and squares within the city, and maintenance of greenery in green areas within the city and commune .
The subject of the order is:
1) maintaining cleanliness in the city, including: sweeping squares, roads and pedestrian routes and maintaining cleanliness on communal properties.
a) spring mechanical street sweeping after the winter season - removal of sand and dirt remaining after the winter using a self-propelled watering-sweeper - 35.00 km;
b) spring sweeping of pavements after winter - removal of sand and dirt remaining after winter - 9 310 m
c) daily cleaning of sidewalks in the City - works started every day from 6:00 am area 9,310 m
d) removal of sand and dirt from streets within the City - carried out on a regular basis using a mechanical self-propelled watering-sweeper - 35.00 km;
e) autumn mechanical street sweeping before the winter season - removal of sand and dirt with a self-propelled watering-sweeper - 35.00 km;
f) maintaining cleanliness of municipal real estate 18,076 m
- sweeping the area of municipal real estate approx. 13,150 m
- sweep of sidewalks adjacent to municipal properties of 4 926 m
- maintaining cleanliness and order of places around waste containers for the above areas
- maintenance of waste containers for the above areas in appropriate sanitary, order and technical condition,
g) performing other cleaning works aimed at maintaining cleanliness and order in the city.
2) Removal and utilization of solid waste from streets, pavements and squares within the city.
a) the collection of waste collected during cleaning of streets and squares - waste with the code "20 03 03 Waste from streets and squares" must be sent for disposal to appropriate installations (RIPOK, landfill with permits for storage of this waste, etc.):
- approximate amount of waste from streets and squares collected in a year - about 500 tonnes;
b) equipping the areas of road lanes within the city and other areas of the Warka commune with waste collection containers (litter bins);
c) removal of waste from containers located in the above-mentioned areas road lanes within the city and in other areas of the Warka commune;
d) transport of collected waste with the code "20 03 01 mixed municipal waste" to the appropriate installation of RIPOK (Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation) located in the Radom region: tone;
e) keeping cleanliness and order around the rubbish bins;
f) keeping litter bins in proper sanitary, order and technical condition;
g) collection of waste collected after collection as part of actions organized by the Commune of Warka - eg "Clean up the world".
3) Maintenance of greenery in green areas within the city and commune. among others
a) annual planting of flowers in the city:
- planting spring flowers (pansies, etc.) - types of flowers agreed with the City Hall, the number of spring flowers to be planted - about 6,000;
- planting basic types of flowers (begonias, etc.) - types and colors of flowers agreed with the City Hall, the number of basic types of flowers to be planted - about 5,500 pieces;
- planting chrysanthemums before the Day of the Dead, the amount of chrysanthemums to plant - about 500 pieces;
b) annual planting of trees and shrubs in road lanes in the city:
- the types and amount of trees and bushes planted depend on the number of new and renovated streets and road lanes;
- replacement of damaged or destroyed trees and bushes in road lanes in the City;
a) ongoing care of green areas and ongoing maintenance of greenery in good condition of about 8,510 m
- mowing the grass and maintaining 100.0 m of the banks of the Strzyżynka River near the bridge in Warka at ul. meadow;
- mowing, raking and removing grass in a meadow of at least 8,000 m
