1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of encoding servers for the target LIVE Channel DVR, including:
1) delivery of encoding servers with software, hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Devices",/or delivery of encoding servers and management servers with software, hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Devices" (to be selected accordingly depending on the content of the offer submitted by the Contractor)/;
2) installation, commissioning, configuration and integration of the Devices provided by the Contractor under the Agreement.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the agreement – hereinafter referred to as the "OPZ". The OPZ constitutes a trade secret of the Contracting Authority within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 16 April 1993 on combating unfair competition.
3. The method of handing over the OPZ to the Contractors is specified in clauses 4.2-4.6 of the Terms of Reference.
4. The terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.
