AZ Sint Lucas is investing in a new logistics building with, among other things, a new central kitchen and cafeteria.
This assignment is divided into 3 lots, namely equipment central kitchen, cafeteria and dishwashers and pre-sorting.
Depending on the plot, the contract is entered into for 10 or 15 years.
Equipment Central KitchenIn the central kitchen there will be cooking kettles of 60 to 400 liters that can be tilted and some of which are equipped with an agitator.
Since we work in cold line, there will also be tumble chillers.
The contracting authority wishes to use these devices for a minimum of 15 years. The candidate is therefore expected to provide parts but also repairs during this period. In addition, the necessary maintenance and repair services must also be offered and an SLA must be proposed.
The equipment of the cold stores (racks) is part of this plot. The loose equipment of the kitchen such as high / low tables and small appliances are also part of this plot.
Installation and maintenance of the washing machinesThe candidate is expected to install two(2) tunnel belt dishwashers.
The first device to arrive in the central cookery is used for the cutlery and crockery of the patients. A pre-sorting table must also be provided so that ergonomic work can be carried out.
In addition, there will be a 2nd smaller tunnel dishwasher for the crockery and platters of meals in our cafeteria. For the supply of the platforms, a string belt is used.

Cafeteria furnishingsThe cafeteria forms a separate plot and involves setting up a freeflow with all the accompanying refrigerated display cases, tops,... In addition, there will also be a cooking area where partly recup equipment and new equipment will be used. All this for about 400 hot meals in the afternoon and a maximum of about 1,000 passages in a whole day.
