The mail transport services are from postal facilities on specified transport links with specified timings. The network connects postal facilities of participating posts via a Hub to postal facilities in Athens, Bratislava, Brussels, Bucharest, Budapest, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Ljubljana, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Paris, Prague, Riga, Sofia, Tallinn, The Hague, Vienna, Vilnius, Warsaw, Zagreb and Zurich.

Specified transport links between the CRONOS HUB (located in Belgium or Luxembourg - exact location to be specified in the Tender Documents) and several postal facilities located in Italy, Germany and Switzerland. To be operated in specified timings with a Truck and/or Light Goods Vehicle and with a frequency of at least 5 times per week with up to 2 transports per day.
Specified transport links between the CRONOS HUB (located in Belgium or Luxembourg - exact location to be specified in the Tender Documents) and postal facilities located in the Netherlands. To be operated in specified timings with a Light Goods Vehicle and with a frequency of at least 5 times per week.
Transport service without a specific frequency on an ad-hoc basis to move IPC Pallet Boxes (stacks of 8 empty Pallet Boxes or stacks of 2 Pallet Boxes with mail). IPC Pallet Boxes have a 0,80m x 1,20m footprint and a height of 1,80m (stack of 8 empties) and 2,35m (stack of 2 with mail)

Specified transport links between several postal facilities located in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. To be operated in specified timings with a Light Goods Vehicle and with a frequency of at least 5 times per week.
