The purpose of the order is to create an online platform for sharing data from the science sector. The platform according to the assumptions will be a public place on the Internet, which is a source of information for various types of collections, documents and publications concerning observations of Earth and Cosmos. The aim of the platform is to create a community around a collection of documents relevant to them and at the same time make all resources available without incurring any fees or registration needs. The assumption is also to focus in one place experts who can make available both their scientific achievements in the form of publications and their own achievements and information about projects in which they participated or are currently participating. The first task of the project is: “Analytics of science resources covered by the project”.

The purpose of the platform is to create a community around a collection of documents relevant to themselves and at the same time make all resources available without incurring any fees or registration needs. It also assumes to bring together in one place experts able to share both their scientific achievements in the form of publications and their own achievements and information about projects in which they are taking or currently taking part.

The implementation of the project, due to the nature of the work to be performed is divided into the following tasks:

Task 1 — Analytics of science resources covered by the project;

Task 2 — Construction of an open data platform with its implementation.

In the first stage of the creation of an online platform, analytical work is carried out and the preparation of expert studies in the framework of the issues, which are detailed in Annex 2 to SWZ (Task 1). Task 2 will be carried out in a subsequent separate tender process.
