22four03 - framework agreement on purchase order relating to the supply and delivery of urban furniture of the Concept Urbain brand for the East and West sectors of the Tpm Metropolis - relaunch

the procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is made in application of Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The amount of supplies for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: Annual minimum 2,000 euro(s) ht; Annual maximum 15,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of urban furniture of the Concept Urbain brand used by the entire Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis, with the exception of the territories of Toulon and Revest
