This contract includes, among others, the following services to be performed, it being understood that they are explicitly described in the administrative and technical clauses of the special specifications:
- obtaining and monitoring planning permits as well as inventory and stock management,
- the supply and installation of new furniture, including all connection and consumption costs,
- upkeep and maintenance of furniture,
- moving furniture,
- the rental of advertising space,
- management of socio-cultural displays.
