IRISteam asbl wishes to use a service provider in order to acquire ad credits on electronic platforms (websites) for the publication of job advertisements, as well as access to their CV's database (access licenses). The contract is therefore aimed at the appointment of a service provider in order to acquire advertising credits and these licenses in the context of recruitment for the needs of IRISteam a.s.b.l.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the special specifications, the successful tenderer undertakes vis-à-vis the contracting authority to carry out the object of the contract relating to the provision of services, which consists in offering the contracting authority various platforms for the publication of job offers, both general and specialized in ICT, with CV library, as well as the provision of advertising credits, in the context of recruitment for the needs of the non-profit organization IRISteam.
